Come On Get Up

  Kick, step cross, hip-bumps, repeat other direction
1 & 2 Kick right foot forward, step right out to right side on & , cross left over right.
3 & 4 Step right foot to right side while bumping hips right, bump hips left on & , bump hips right.
5 & 6 Kick left foot forward, step left foot to left side on & , cross right over left.
7 & 8 Step left foot out to left side while bumping hips left, bump hips right on & , bump hips left.
  Sassy walk back, sailor-step, sailor-step
1,2 While swiveling hips, walk back right, left.
3,4 While swiveling hips, walk back right, left.
5 & 6 Cross right behind left, step left out to left side on & , step right out to right side.
7 & 8 Cross left foot behind right, step right foot out to right side, step left out to left side.
  Paddle 1/2 turn left, heel-jack, step right, slide, knee roll with 1/4 turn left
& 1 & 2 With weight on ball of left foot lift right knee allowing body to make 1/4 turn to left on & , press ball of right foot into floor, with weight on ball of left foot lift right knee allowing body to make 1/4 turn to left on & , touch right toe beside left.
& 3 Step right foot back on & , touch left heel forward, step left foot in place on & , rouch right toe beside left.
5,6 Step right foot out to right side, slide left toe together beside right.
7,8 With left toe still touching floor, slowly roll left knee out allowing body to turn 1/4 turn to left for 2 full beats.
  2 diagonal shuffles forward, rock, cross, step, heel swivels
1 & 2 Step right diagonally forward, step left beside right, step right diagonally forward.
3 & 4 Step left diagonally forward, step right beside left, step left diagonally forward.
5 & 6 Step right foot out to right side, shift weight onto left foot on & , cross right foot over left.
7 & 8 Swivel heels to right while body makes 1/4 turn to left, swivel heels to left making 1/4 turn to right on & , swivel heeels to right with body making 1/2 turn to left.
  TAG AT END OF 1ST & 3RD WALLS:
1 & 2 Step right foot out to right side, step left next to right on & , step right out to right side.
3 & 4 Step left foot out to left side, step right next to left, step left out to left side.
5 & 6 Swinging right foot around and letting body turn 1/2 turn to left step right foot out to new right side while bumping hips right, bump hips left, bump hips right.
7 & 8 Swinging left foot around and letting body turn 1/2 turn to right step left foot out to new left side while bumping hips left, bump hips right, bump hips left.
