| 1,2 | Step forward on right, pressing ball of foot into floor, shift weight back onto left as you kick right foot forward. |
| 3 & 4 | Step back on right, step left beside right on & , step forward on right. |
| 5,6 | Step forward on left, pivot 1/4 turn to right shifting weight onto right foot. |
| 7 & 8 | Cross left foot over right, step right foot out to right side, cross left foot over right. |

| 7,8 | With weight on ball of left foot, hook right foot in front of left shin (not too fast) as you allow body to spin slowly 3/4 turn to left for 2 full counts. |
